Barstool
This bar stool is a caricature of what one should be. Just the bare essentials bent into a deceptively rigid frame, topped with a sculpted teakwood seat.
The "Ananta" series is named for it's focus on a continuous bent pipe form. This practice started when we were trying to think the simplest way to sketch some of these objects; without even lifting the pencil.
The seat was conceptualised as a key detail in extending the idea of seamless continuity, carved from a substantial block of Burma Teak.
